Habitat Photography Refund Policy

At Habitat Photography, I aim to provide a straightforward and fair experience. Photography is a collaborative process, and I’m committed to working with you to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result.

 

Deposits & Booking Fees
Deposits or booking fees are typically non-refundable, as they secure your session date and time. However, I understand that plans can change, and I’m happy to work with you to reschedule your session when possible.

In many cases, deposits can be applied toward a future session if sufficient notice is given.

 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your session, please reach out as soon as possible. Refunds may be considered depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, but I will do my best to find a fair solution.

 

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is encouraged whenever possible. I will work with you to find a new date that fits both schedules, especially in cases of weather or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Satisfaction & Image Delivery
If you have concerns about your images, please reach out. I’m open to reasonable adjustments or re-edits when appropriate. Due to the nature of photography services, refunds are generally not provided once final images have been delivered. However, I’m committed to working with you to address concerns and find a solution.

 

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled session without notice may forfeit their deposit and may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Physical Products (Prints & Store Items)
Refunds for physical products depend on the supplier. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out and I will work with the supplier to resolve the issue. Custom or made-to-order items are typically non-refundable unless there is a defect or error.

 

My Approach
I believe in being fair and reasonable. If something doesn’t go as planned, I’ll always do my best to work with you and find a solution that feels right for both sides.
