At Habitat Photography, most services are delivered digitally, with optional physical products available depending on the service or store offering.
Digital Delivery (Photography Sessions)
Final images from photography sessions are delivered digitally through a secure online gallery or download link. Delivery timelines will be discussed during booking, but most galleries are delivered within an agreed-upon timeframe after the session. Clients will be able to view, download, and share their images directly from the gallery. No physical shipment is required for standard photography services.
Turnaround Time
Editing and delivery times may vary depending on the type of session and workload. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated at the time of booking. If there are any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.
Physical Products (Prints & Store Items)
If physical products such as prints, albums, or other items are offered through the website or store, they will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Processing times for physical items may vary depending on the product and supplier. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on the carrier and location.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled through third-party print labs or suppliers, and shipping carriers may vary.
Order Issues & Damages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within a reasonable timeframe so it can be addressed. I will work with the supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. While I’ll help where I can, Habitat Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
