Services
Habitat Photography provides photography services and digital/physical products as described on this website. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Booking & Payment
A session is considered booked once agreed upon and may require a deposit or full payment, depending on the service. Payment details will be provided during the booking process. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Habitat Photography does not store full payment information.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling is typically allowed based on availability. Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the circumstances, but may be applied toward a future session at my discretion.
Session Expectations
Sessions are designed to take place in natural environments and may be affected by weather, lighting, and other conditions outside of control. I will work with you to adapt as needed to ensure the best possible outcome. Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for the session. Delays may impact the duration or quality of the session.
Image Delivery
Final images will be delivered digitally within an estimated timeframe discussed during booking. Turnaround times may vary depending on the type of session and workload. Raw (unedited) images are not provided unless otherwise agreed upon.
Creative Style
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are familiar with my style and approach. Editing, composition, and final image selection are at my discretion to maintain a consistent artistic vision.
Image Use & Rights
Habitat Photography retains copyright of all images created. Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to download, share, and print images for personal use. Images may not be sold, altered significantly, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. Habitat Photography may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, you can request this.
Physical Products
If physical products are purchased, fulfillment and shipping may be handled by third-party providers. Delivery times and shipping conditions may vary. Habitat Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers but will assist in resolving any issues when possible.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services and preserve images, Habitat Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
In the unlikely event of a failure to deliver services, liability is limited to the amount paid.
